August 5, 2010- 1st Zoo trip

Wow... this is turning out to be a busy week for us. Today we went to Brookfield Zoo for Aiden 1st zoo trip. We got to see the lions, tigers, and bears oh my, and many other animals too :) We rode the tram around 1/4 of the park, went to stingray bay and saw the dolphin show. Aiden took a cat nap on our walk over to the dolphin show, but was up in plenty of time to see the dolphins. He was in awe as they jumped out of the water and made their big splashes. After the zoo we went to Glam-ma and G-Macs house to celebrate Lacey's 5th birthday with some White Fence Farm chicken.

who can go to the zoo without taking a picture by the lions? not us :)
